Kinsley is “LEED"ing the way in the design and construction of sustainable building projects. To date, we have constructed a total of 12 projects currently seeking or that have obtained the LEED® designations (Certified, Silver, Gold and up to the highest level of Platinum) totaling over 2,350,000 SF and over $270 million.

Kinsley employs one of the country’s largest construction staff of project managers, estimators, project engineers and project superintendents with the Green Advantage Environmental Certification for commercial projects. Currently there are over 60 certified team members. In addition, three of our employees have achieved LEED® Accredited Professional (AP).
