• Reduced water use by designing and installing a Defender Pool filter and reusing potable   water instead of new potable water
• Maximized open space by restoreing existing onsite land to its natural state
• Achieved 40% water reduction for utilizing low flow toilets, urinals and shower heads
• Purchased a two year contract for renewable energy in the amount of 35% of the new   construction's biyearly electric cost
