York Town Center

Project:             Shopping Center
Location:           York, PA   

This shopping center is filled with nationally recognized stores such as Staples, Dick's Sporting Goods, Bed Bath & Beyond, LongHorn Steak House, Chili's and more. Kinsley was responsible for all infrastructure, grading, paving, building pads, sewer, water and all offsite road improvements.


Broadcasting Square Shopping Center

The Broadcast Center is a retail complex with 50 stores. The buildings have masonry foundations on concrete footings, masonry bearing walls, structural steel frames, steel joists and various types of EPDM rubber roofing systems. Apple Honda

Project:              New Sales and Service Facility

Kinsley was responsable for the design and construction of this car dealership. The structure is a pre-engineered metal building with a concrete mezzanine with steel bar joists and metal deck. The exterior walls are masonry foundation and CMU and the roof is pre-engineered and standing seam EPDM rubber.



Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites

The 110-room, four floor facility includes both an indoor pool and a spa complex. The lobby and dining areas stand out for their design and detail, features that allows this Holiday Inn to shine among its local competitors.


Shrewsbury Square Shopping Center

Kinsley was responsible for the construction of this shopping center within a four-month timeframe. The sitework consisted of excavation, utilites, paving and concrete.

Residence Inn by Marriott Hotel

Project:              Residence Inn by Marriott Hotel

Kinsley constructed this six-story, 141-room residence hotel. The building was constructed with a unique pre-engineered structural panel method that required a minimal amount of structural steel. The building relies on the interior stud walls constructed out of 14-gauge steel to bear the load.
Columbia Crossings II

The Columbia Crossings II is a strip mall with several small retail stores, a restaurant and a pet store. Kinsley completed all the site work including bulk cut and fill, utilities, paving, line stripping and signage. We also self-performed excavation and pouring for the foundations, fabricated and erected the structural steel and poured slabs, grades and sidewalks. The stores were open during construction.


The Inn at Charles Town

Kinsley constructed this hotel which included a lounge, three separate meeting rooms, breakfast buffet, exercise room, outdoor patio for dining or socializing and 153 rooms (including 138 beautifully appointed rooms and 15 luxurious suites.) Kinsley self-performed the sitework, steel fabrication, steel and hollow core plank erection and the installation of doors and hardware.

Honeygo Crossing

Project:               Shopping Center                    
Location:            Baltimore County, MD

This project entailed sitework for a seven-acre shopping center comprising a CVS Pharmacy, a branch bank and 12,000 square feet of proposed retail. Kinsley was responsible for clearing the site of trees and brush and demolishing a two-story farm house without buildings, along with demolishing a produce stand and greenhouse. All concrete curbs, sidewalks, stoning and paving work were performed in-house.
