Kinsley performed preconstruction and construction manager-at-risk services for this four-level, precast concrete parking garage with 450 parking spaces. The lowest level of the facility is located underground and the structure includes an enclosed walking bridge connecting the ambulatory center to the parking garage.

Harrisburg International Airport
Project: Multi-Modal Transportation Facility
Location: Middletown, PA
This project is the biggest parking garage that Kinsley has ever done and involved construction of a four-level, multi-modal transportation facility that includes bus, taxi and rental car services, a 2,700-space parking garage and allows for future Amtrak rail service.

Kinsley services ranged from construction to interior finishes for this six-story urban office building with full basement and mechanical penthouse. Value engineering on the three level parking garage determined that a precast concrete structural system would yield the greatest number of parking spaces.

This premier five-story downtown office building is located in an urban renewal area. The building is supported on bedrock by drilled caissons. Concrete grade beams span the caissons and support a structural steel skeleton. Two floors were added to the adjacent five-story parking garage.
