Kinsley assisted in the site selection and provided design/build services for this Class A three-story office building. In addition to office space the building contains a commercial kitchen with serving and dining areas. Special features within the building include a main stairway with a wood and stainless steel railing system and the executive areas were trimmed out with wood chair rail and base. Kinsley self-performed the site work, site utilities, concrete foundations, concrete slab work, structural steel, carpentry and k-rock foundation walls.

Kinsley completed renovation of an old factory in the former Salmyer Building into a four-story, high tech office building. We also constructed a new one-level precast concrete parking garage on the site. The work involved demolition of five structures and the renovation of two attached structures.

Kinsley designed and built this specialized medical office building which includes surgery areas, medical examination offices and a first floor optical retail center. The building contains a sophisticated lighting protection system and a 60 KVA high-end emergency power generator.

Kinsley provided design/build services for this Class A, three-story office building with full basement. The building contains a 700-square foot data center with a 12-inch raised computer access floor. There are two 15-ton computer room units and 100% redundancy with the installed racks and equipment. |
