C4ISR Aberdeen Proving Grounds
Project: Phase II Center of Excellence

Kinsley Construction is part of a joint venture that was selected to provide services to construct the C4ISR Center of Excellence at Aberdeen Proving Grounds in Aberdeen, Maryland. The nine buildings that make up this project are arranged in a campus-like setting. These buildings will house the relocated activities from Ft. Monmouth, New Jersey as part of the Department of Defense Base Relocation and Closure (BRAC) Program.

Stryker Brigade
Project: Renovation & Addition to Kutztown
Armory Readiness Center
Location: Kutztown, PA
Square Feet: 31,586 Total
Kinsley constructed a 16,000 SF addition and made renovations to the interior of the existing 15,000 SF armory that was built in the 1950s. The exterior walls of the addition are masonry bearing with brick veneer to match the existing building. The renovations to existing areas were primarily upgrades to the mechanical and electrical systems. A new fuel island was added along with various site improvements.

York County Judicial Center
Project: Judicial Center
Location: York, PA
Square Feet: 330,000
This eight-story building, constructed in a tight urban setting, includes a penthouse and a three-story arcaded base. A full basement level accommodates parking and secure holding areas. There are 12 courtrooms, seven hearing rooms and unfinished shell floor for six future courtrooms. |

DDC/DDSP Consolidated Maintenance Facility
Project: Consolidated Maintenance Facility
Location: New Cumberland, PA
Square Feet: 148,500
Kinsley is constructing a single-level, on-grade masonry and structural steel building. Work includes the demolition of eight buildings and a fuel island. The new facility includes a covered storage building, wash bays, salt storage building and new fuel island. The interior features include paint and plumbing shops, sheet metal and welding shops and equipment and vehicle maintenance bays. |

SHA District IV Office Building
Project: SHA District IV Office Building
Location: Cockeysville, MD
Square Feet: 32,301 - Total
The two-story, 30,801 SF office building used steel frame, standing seam metal rod and brick for its construction. Kinsley also participated in the comprehensive commissioning of all building systems. The campus also includes a smaller pre-engineered storage facillity and vehicle fuel station. |

The York Water Company
Project: New Water Pipeline and Pump Station
Location: York, PA
Kinsley built a pump station and ductile iron pipeline to secure an additional water supply from the Susquehanna River. We installed over 78,000 feet (nearly 15 miles) of 36-inch diameter pipes for uphill water flow and 30-inch diameter pipes for downhill flow. |

Project: Readiness Center, Field Maintance Shop and Unheated Storage Facility
Location: Elizabethtown, PA
Square Feet: 87,456 - Total
The project consisted of two buildings: a Readiness Center which contains classrooms, training areas and administrative offices as well as a Field Maintenance Shop which maintains all military vehicles in the region and contains an unheated storage building. |

Manchester Township
Project: Municipal Complex
Location: York, PA
Square Feet: 57,800 -Total
Kinsley provided design and construction services for a three-builidng complex. The first building contains administration and tax collection offices, the District Court, fire department and a multipurpose room. The second building has an office area, maintenance shop and storage area for signs and vehicles. A reinforced salt storage facility is the third building in the complex. |
