Crispus Attucks Early Learning Center
Project: Early Learning Center
Location: York, PA
The Crispus Attucks Early Learning Center is a new 35,000 SF multi-level educational facility. The building has many unique design features including a three-story atrium, a rooftop playground, open room design and polycarbonate exterior wall panels. This facility is the first to install a geothermal HVAC system containing 30 drilled wells approximately 400 feet deep, the first of its kind in the City of York. |

York College of Pennsylvania
Project: Little Run Lodge
Location: York, PA
This five-story, 156,000 square foot complex houses a 360-bed residence hall and is constructed of masonry bearing walls with precast concrete plank and brick veneer. In addition, a two-story building was constructed and attached to the residence hall to integrate the Main and West campuses. |

Kutztown University
Project: Dixon Hall
Location: Kutztown, PA
Accolades: ABC Excellence in Construction Award
Kinsley's project team worked very closely with the client to develop a site logistics, safety and security plan that did not distrupt the adjacent facilites or campus operations. This 258,000 square foot building involves the unique feature of the Girder Slab System, a composite floor using a modified steel beam and precast concrete floor planks. |

Gettysburg College
Project: The Center for Athletics, Recreation and Fitness (CARF)
Location: Gettysburg, PA
Accolades: Gold LEED Certification
This 55,000 square foot facility houses a 10,000 square foot weight and fitness room, multipurpose spaces for aerobics, yoga, Pilates, spinning and martial arts classes, and a renovated athletic training room as well as a natatorium with eight competition lanes, a four lane warm-up pool and 350-seat spectator gallery. |

Johns Hopkins University
Project: Hodson Hall
Location: Baltimore, MD
Kinsley provided construction services for Hodson Hall, a three-story building containing classrooms, administration offices and an auditorium. The project was constructed on a tight site on an active campus. The building's frame is structural steel with poured concrete foundations and walls with a slab-on-grade and upper-level slabs-on-deck. |

The Park School
Project: Wayne Arts Center/Lower School Addition
Location: Brooklandville, MD
Accolades: Excellence in Design Citation Award
This 60,000 square foot building is made of conventional steel with concrete and masonry walls and a brick and glass veneer. Kinsley built a black box theater, art gallery and studio, ceramic studio, recording studio and music room, classrooms and photography and computer labs. |

Gerstell Academy
Project: Dining Hall, Classroom and Lab Building
Location: Westminster, MD
This dining hall houses a full commercial kitchen along with staff offices and classrooms. In addition to these areas, there is a specially designed and equipped biology, chemistry and physics lab containing lab cabinets and water systems. |
