This project consists of three warehouses seperated by two firewalls with a refrigerated section. There are offices above a truck drive-through and inside the warehouse. There are 138 dock and drive-in doors with truck access on all sides. |

Harford Gateway Distribution Center

The Harford Gateway Distribution Center features two buildings with highway access and one building with dedicated railway access. The buildings have identical conventional steel frames, steel joist and metal deck on load-bearing exterior concrete walls. |

The high-volume building is constructed of precast concrete. The design included 47 overhead dock doors and office space. The facility and site were prepared for rail access in anticipation of future expansion.

Kinsley provided design/build services for the construction of this single-story distribution center. The structure was reinforced, insulated precast concrete wall panels containing a rainwater collection system. |

Kinsley chose a fast track delivery method for developing and constructing this distribution center. The racking system was a high-bay, narrow-aisle wire guide that required super flat floors and major coordination between floor slab controls and construction joint and racking support. |

Phoenix Contact
Project: New Distribution Center
Location: Middletown, PA
Square Feet: 100,462
This building consists of a structural steel frame clad in a combination of precast concrete wall panels and metal siding. The automated racking system demanded floor slabs that needed to be placed with extremely close tolerances. Roof hatches were installed to permit equipment installation and replacement. In order to facilitate communications during the design process, the Kinsley team traveled to Germany to review the design parameters for the building. |
