Sustainable Features:


  • Building Reuse – maintained more than 95% of the existing building wall, floors and roof

  • Building Reuse – maintained more than 50% of the Existing building interior partitions and ceilings

  • Construction waste – diverted 91% of the construction waste and demolition debris from landfills

  • Reclaimed 120 existing window sashes and reused for interior window walls

  • Reclaimed 12,000 brick for new or existing wall constriction

  • Reclaimed 8,000 B.F. of antique yellow pine lumber from another factory in N.J. and used to construct as new ceiling finish in lobbies

  • Procured regional materials within 500 mile radius of York, PA

  • Constructed more than 50% of project utilizing FSC certified wood

  • Constructed cabinetry and cork flooring with rapidly renewable products
