Kinsley completed renovation of an old factory in the former Dalmyer Building into a four-story, high-tech office building. We also constructed a new one-level precast concrete parking garage on the site, which is located on a heavily used city street.
The project received the 2006 Commonwealth Bronze Design Award from the 10,000 Friends of Pennsylvania, an organization committed to beneficial land-use procedures. The project has also achieved LEED Silver certification.
