Kinsley designed and built this specialized medical office building that includes surgery areas, medical examination offices and a first-floor optical retail center with its own lens lab.
The building contains several features that are unique to medical environments, such as a sophisticated lightning protection system; a 60 KVA high-end emergency power generator and extensive piping systems which delivers numerous gases necessary for surgical procedures to operating suites.
This project received an Award of Excellence.
