Corporate Staff Accountant:

The Corporate Staff Accountant is responsible for all accounting and analysis duties in support of the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller. Primary tasks include ensuring accurate account reconciliations, detailing monthly expenses, and performing detailed financial analysis. The Corporate Staff Accountant will also assist in monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting requirements, and will report directly to the Vice President of Finance, and Corporate Controller. A successful candidate should possess applicable accounting experience, strong computer skills, good communication skills and a willingness to learn.


Properties Division:

Kinsley Properties is currently seeking a Landscape Technician for work on the crew installing and maintaining commercial building landscaping. Knowledge of tree, shrub, and flower maintenance and installation is a must. Holding a commercial applicators license is a plus.


Site Division:

Kinsley's Maryland Sitework Division is seeking estimators for both of our Timonium and Hagerstown office locations. Takeoffs to include soil and erosion control, bulk excavation and grading, sanitary/storm sewer, concrete curb, asphalt paving, etc.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience preferred.

Building Division:

Kinsley is a motivated Building / Project Superintendent for our growing Building Division. Based in Kinsley’s Herndon, VA office, the Superintendent will primarily work on projects in the greater DC metro market. The Superintendent is responsible for directing and coordinating all activity associated with the construction of the project (and site if part of overall scope for the project) in accordance with established schedules, budgets, plans, specifications and procedures.

Requirements
  • Engineering or Construction Management degree or background along with applicable field experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Good communication skills

Kinsley is seeking a motivated Project Manager for our growing Building Division. Based in Kinsley’s Herndon, VA office, the PM will primarily work on projects in the greater DC metro market. The PM is responsible for all aspects of the project in the construction phase from pre-construction planning through completion of the project closeout under the direction and oversight of a Project Executive. Duties include technical documentation, jobsite communications with the Project Superintendent and subcontractors, scheduling and cost analysis.

Kinsley is seeking a motivated Estimating Intern for our growing Building Division. Based in Kinsley’s Timonium, MD office, the Estimating Intern supports the estimating team and will gain experience in a variety of areas in a critical phase of the construction process.

Requirements
  • A college sophomore or junior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or other related major
  • Strong computer skills
  • Good communication skills

Kinsley is seeking a motivated Project Engineer (PE) for our growing Reading, PA Building Division. Based in Kinsley’s Reading, PA office, the PE will primarily work on projects in the Delaware Valley, Lehigh Valley, and greater Berks County areas. The Project Engineer is responsible for providing construction management including administrative and technical support to the Project Manager.

Requirements
  • Prior Project Engineer experience preferred
  • Prior field construction experience preferred
  • 2-4 Year post-secondary degree required

Based in Kinsley’s Timonium, MD office, the PM will primarily work on projects in the greater Baltimore market. Our Concrete Divsion is hiring for Forepersons, Concrete Finishers, Form Carpenters, Curb Machine Operators, Laser Screed Operators, Concrete Saw Operators, Skilled Concrete Laborers.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of concrete experience

Heavy Highway/Bridge Division:

Our Bridge Division is hiring for Forepersons, Carpenters, Laborers, CCO Certified Crane Operators to work in the Maryland and Pennsylvania regions.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 Years of bridge experience

Our Heavy Highway/Bridge Division is looking for an experienced PennDOT estimator to work in our York, PA Office.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years experience estimating bridge and highway PennDOT projects.
  • Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred

Our Heavy Highway/Bridge Division is looking for an experienced estimator to work in our Maryland Office.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years experience estimating bridge and highway related concrete structures in accordance with State and County requirements
  • Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred

Asphalt Paving Division:

Our Asphalt Paving Division is looking for Paving and Milling Forepersons, Asphalt Technicians, Shuttle Buggy Operators, Distributor Truck Operators, Milling Machine Operators, Paver Operators, Roller Operators, Screed Operators, and Skilled Laborers.

Requirements
  • Previous asphalt paving experience preferred

Steel Division:

Our Steel Division is hiring for Crawler and Hydraulic Crane Operators, Ironworkers, Connectors and Certified Welders.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 Years of Structural Steel Experience
  • Crane Operators Must Have CCO Certification

Kinsley is seeking a Project Accountant that is responsible for all accounting and administrative duties within Kinsley’s Manufacturing Division. Primary tasks include the project invoicing and payment process, budget to job cost comparison, daily review of job cost related items, subcontract/purchase order preparation and compliance tracking, and change order preparation. You would be responsible for supporting a group of Project Management Teams to help ensure a profitable, successful project. A successful candidate should possess applicable field experience, strong computer skills, good communication skills and a willingness to learn.


Engineered Solutions Group:

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer / Designer for our growing team. Based in ESG’s York, PA office, this individual will have an opportunity to work on projects throughout the mid-Atlantic region with various responsibilities including project estimating, design, CAD drafting, coordination, quality control, energy services, site inspections, and commissioning within a variety of project delivery methods.

Requirements
  • Electrical Engineering degree and/or applicable field experience
  • Strong computer skills, good communication skills and a willingness to learn

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer / Designer for our growing team.
